This site is intended to provide information about Audio Buys Inc. and the services we provide. We are not responsible for typographical or incomplete information. All of the information, including the downloadable items, are intended to help the user better understand, and in some cases troubleshoot Audio Buys installed systems. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs from information on this site. We make every effort to ensure that all information is factual, however, manufacturers may change products at any time. We will update information in a timely manner when possible.
All images contained on this site are the property of Audio Buys, with the exception of product photographs which may belong to the manufacturers. All images on this site are for representation only and may not indicate what product or installation style you will get.
Any information you provide us on this site is by your choice. There are currently two forms that can be filled out to provide us information. Our mailing list (e-mail only) may be used to notify you of major site updates, upcoming product announcements, sales, etc. Information from this list will not be sold or used for any marketing reasons other than the previously mentioned mailings.
Our contact form requires you to enter information that will allow us to contact you. By submitting information on this form you are requesting that a sales person contact you regarding the request in the comments section. Information from this form will not be sold or used for any other purpose.
Refund/Exchange/Trade-up Policies:
- Audio Buys will accept for return only item(s) in original condition including all packaging material(s) and accessories...
- Cash refunds are limited to amounts less than $25
- Returns for refunds will be accepted within three (3) days of sale
- Returns for store credit or exchange will be accepted within seven (7) days of sale
- Audio Buys offers a one (1) year home speaker upgrade option. See store for details
- All warranty claims for service must be accompanied by bill of sale
- Special order items are not returnable for refund or exchange
Troubleshooting Help
The troubleshooting section of this website is intended for customers of Audio Buys. However, anyone is welcome to use it. We are not responsible for any missing or incorrect information. Always consult your owners manual before making any adjustments. Any changes you make to your system, whether following our troubleshooting section or not, are your responsibility. The section is intended to help diagnose, and in some cases, cure problems with a variety of systems. If you are unsure about something please contact us by phone.
